Please Note:
1. This is not your Entry Form to participate in the fair. Please complete an entry form prior to the Livestock entry deadline (Sept 20th) to be able to show. Each exhibitor that wishes to show must submit an exhibitor entry form.
2. Distribution date is currently July 16th +/- 1 day due to the variance in poultry shipping. We will use your contact information, and the Ag teacher/4-H rep information entered on the order form to send information regarding distribution date and timing. Typically, we know the date when turkeys will arrive only a couple days before the planned distribution date and the time range the day of distribution. So please watch for communications the beginning of the distribution week.
