BBQ Team Registration Entry Form

  • All team entry forms must be received by October 17, 2025 at 11:55pm.
  • The entry application entitles the cooking team to one 40x40 cook off space. Additional spaces can be purchased. One entry form should be submitted per team name.
  • This event is sanctioned by the International Barbeque Cookers Association (IBCA). All IBCA rules and regulations must be followed. Violation of IBCA rules will be grounds for immediate disqualification. Visit www.ibcabbq.org for more information.

  • Additional Safety and permit rules will be shared 2 weeks before cook-off.
Teams will be cooking:
- 1 Chicken half
- Pork Spareribs
- Brisket

Turn in times & turn in requirements:
- 12:00 Noon - One (1) Fully jointed chicken half. (To include breast, wing, thigh, and drumstick.)
- 1:30 P.M. - Pork Spareribs eight (8) individual pork Spareribs.
- 3:00 P.M. - Brisket eight (8) Slices.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE NOTE: If you were not navigated to a Cart to provide credit card information OR did not receive an automatic confirmation email after submitting your entry form, we did not receive your entry!! If this happens, please notify us BEFORE entry deadline. Any notifications after the deadline are considered late. You may return in the future to add additonal spaces, add a portlet or chef's choice entries (3 max). American Express Cards are not accepted. (BBQ@hcfairandrodeo.org)
